Our clients are currently seeking a contracts manager to work on mobile contracts based in Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hampshire and London.
Duties of the role will be to be responsible for the maintenance and repair of a number of sites including all mechanical and electrical works, air conditioning and refrigeration and building services maintenance.
Types of plant and equipment including air conditioning units, chemical dosing, pressurisation units, pumps, humidifiers, heating systems, refrigeration units (chillers, cabinets) and electrical distribution.
Part of the role will be to manage all health and safety and quality assurance audits.
The successful applicant will have a minimum of 3-5 yrs experience in a similar role and be willing to travel in the areas specified, also required will be sound technical knowledge and qualifications in either mechanical or electrical maintenance and building services.
